On September 6, 2024, the South Tyrol Corporate Run in Egna/Neumarkt once again drew hundreds of sport-loving employees from companies throughout the region—and, of course, WM technics was there with a dedicated team. Under the motto “Two Friends—One Goal!” this year’s focus was again on camaraderie over competition. In the weeks, days, hours, and minutes leading up to the starting gun, all participants counted down with eager anticipation.
Corporate Run Vision: Movement Connects
The Corporate Run in Egna/Neumarkt is more than just a sports event—it’s a staple on the calendar for companies and employees in South Tyrol. The core idea behind this event is to highlight the enjoyment of movement. Instead of focusing on top athletic performance, the emphasis is on teamwork, solidarity, and a fresh outlook on life through physical activity. “Running is movement—movement is life” is a philosophy that inspires many participants to make running a regular part of their daily routine.
Health and Team Spirit at WM technics
For WM technics, the Corporate Run is not just a chance to get active but also a valuable opportunity to strengthen team spirit. An essential aspect of the Corporate Run is its social commitment: each year, a portion of the entry fees is donated to a charitable organization in South Tyrol. In 2024, the event again supports the “Dormizil Housing First” project in Bolzano, which helps provide housing for people without homes. WM technics is proud to be part of this initiative, promoting team spirit while contributing to a worthy cause.
A Relaxed Finish with Pizza
After the successful run, the WM technics team enjoyed a relaxing evening with pizza, winding down the day together. In a laid-back atmosphere, team members recapped the race and discussed future projects and successes—a perfect ending that reinforced team spirit and lifted everyone’s spirits.

It’s an opportunity to stay active, support social projects, and remind us of the importance of teamwork, movement, and shared dedication.
